Our mission is to raise awareness and provide support for kids with scoliosis and their families by providing education, helping them make connections to people who are going through the same experiences as them, raising awareness about scoliosis, and inspiring others to help.

Knowledge

We provide knowledge about scoliosis, how to deal with it, and information about the surgery. The founder of Angles' Arch (Keisha Kalra) has a first hand experience of what surgery is like, so she and other members can tell you what to do, what to expect, and answer any questions you may have.

Support

We provide support for kids and families who have to go through the painstaking process of treating scoliosis.

Who Are We

Keisha Kalra

Hey! My name is Keisha Kalra and I am the founder and President of Angels' Arc! I was diagnosed with scoliosis when I was 9 and started wearing braces when I was around 10 years old. The scoliosis worsened even with the braces help and eventually I had to get surgery. I started this non profit as a way to help kids (and their families) who are going through the same experience that I went through. Thank you for joining Angels' Arc!

Ishana Kalra

Hi everyone! My name is Ishana Kalra and I am the co-founder and Secretary of Angels' Arc. I have scoliosis, although mine is mild. My sister had to live with scoliosis for 4 years before she got surgery for it; it was a difficult experience, and affected every aspect of her life. In order to avoid others having the same experience we did, we started Angels' Arc as a way to help kids and their families deal with the problems that comes with scoliosis.

Samika Singhel

Hey, I'm Samika Singhel, and I am the Treasurer of Angels' Arc! Although I don't have scoliosis, I do think it's very important to bring attention to the many families that don't have the resources to properly treat scoliosis. As treasurer of Angels' Arc, my main goals are to raise awareness about scoliosis and help families overcome the challenges that come with having scoliosis.
